About The Artwork

3D White abstract modern large painting textured, sculpture. The artwork is made in white. A photo cannot convey white color. It is ethereal and calming. winter mountains white 3D plaster Media: acrylic on canvas Size: 80 H x 60 W x 2 cm Year: 2024 Style: modern, abstract In this work, I sought to capture the dynamic essence of winter sports, combining textural depth with a minimalist palette. The intricate play of acrylic and plaster creates a tangible sense of movement and energy, while the figures, etched in deliberate strokes, express joy and freedom. Each ski trail etched into the canvas invites the observer to imagine the crisp air and thrill of mountain descent. It's a piece that brings the spirit of adventure into any space. I am an Ukrainian artist based in Austria, My paintings come from a love for the creative process, love for nature, and love for color. I love to work with color and light in representing the places and moods I have seen. Most of the works begin from sketches, photographs, or just memories of a walk. My work is as much about memory as it is about the place. I look upon my paintings as a map of my life, which I am constantly creating. At some point, the painting process inevitably takes over and starts to generate the painting's subsequent direction. To me, it is the way it can morph into a different state in minutes. My finished piece needs to feel balanced to me. Balanced in the colors I used, a balance in the light. Original elements can then be re-introduced to the work.
