Claus Morlock, born in Pforzheim/Baden-Württemberg, studied Visual Communication with a focus on Fine Arts and Graphic Design under the tuition of Professors Philip Pocock und Susan Hefuna. He is one of the emerging figurative painters in and around Munich, who aims at building bridges between Urban Art and Contemporary Art. In 2010 Claus Morlock had his first exhibition at STROKE ART FAIR in Munich as cofounder of the artist collective „Paintuition“. Since then he presented his work in numerous solo shows and group exhibitions in and around Munich. Since 2013 he is listed as a guest artist at Cornelia Walter Gallery in Munich, being part of multiple group exhibitions. His work can be found in private collections in Germany, Italy and Spain. Claus Morlock lives and works in Weil, not far from Munich.
