Sharp shards Painting

The combination of an abstract composition and a figurative element - a photo cut from the women's magazine Cosmopolitan and the abstract theme of sharp triangles - gives the picture an expressiveness. The author seeks to expand the framework of the perception of the work using various degrees of conventionality of images - an abstract triangular grid resembles shards of glass, and the figure itself tends to a triangle in composition. The aproach used by the author can be considered postmodern, and the composition itself with architectural motives resembles the modernist works of Russian modernists of the early 20th century - the artist and architect Tatlin and the photographer Rodchenko.
