About The Artwork
I live in Kharkiv and experience all the consequences of the war as a person and an artist. The explosion of the Kakhovskaya dam on 06/06/2023 struck me so deeply that I could not help but consider and embody this premonition of an ecological tragedy for people and animals who died from this disaster at work. The feeling of tears fell out of the blue and became a different color. A whole society that mourns all the pain and suffering of war is changing. A surge of feelings in a great flood. Materials canvas on a stretcher, oil paint.
