About The Artwork
In this work I depicted Silvio Berlusconi, an Italian politician dressed as an altar boy who gives God bread and wine, recalling the film "Marcellino Pane e vino" (1955), in an ironic way because in that period there was the election of president of the Italian republic, I imagined that Silvio Berlusconi asked God for grace for this position, given that he felt superior to everyone and the only one he could ask would have been God. This work was created with oil technique on canvas support, including a wooden frame.
