About The Artwork
This is our lurcher, Tag. He is a rescue dog. He was about a year old and a bag of bones when we adopted him. He was scared of everything and would not let me out of his sight, but slowly he filled out, gained confidence, learnt to do what Lurchers do, run - like the wind. He can jump too and has the usual deafness to recall when he spots a rabbit. This is an acrylic painting on mixed media paper. It was done quickly before he woke up! Though to be honest, there was no real danger of that as he loves to sleep. Tag is now 12 years old but still as loveable as he always was.
