The artwork "Soul" is the 1st of 6 in the new collection "Current Moments" - "Soul", "Princess", "Postman", "Good Cop", "Prisoner 25" and "Cellist". Fortunately, as a reward for the search and perseverance, it happens that new inspiration and a clear idea of what, how and why should appear on the canvas... A whole collection of inner states... This is about the fact that appearance never really shows anything, it even deceives us... Everyone knows that the whole truth is hidden inside... Actual moments not only within a person, but also in the history of painting, gratitude and dialogue with my inspirers who create new individual languages in the fine arts.

"Creation of art is the love of my life and I dedicate almost every day to that (not forgetting my five children and my husband, of course). I constantly enjoy the beauty of our world and want to share this pleasure with others." Shlomit was born in 1968 in Kharkov, Ukraine. She began drawing since she was a young child. Her father, an amateur artist, taught her the basics of painting. At the age of six she started attending a children's art studio and continued learning to draw, sculpt and paint until she graduated from high school. In 1991, Shlomit earned her Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture and Design of the Architectural Environment from the prestigious Moscow State Academy of Architecture (MARKHI) after six years of dedicated study. Later that year, she moved to the beautiful city of Jerusalem, Israel. After getting married in Israel, Shlomit focused on her family and dedicated herself to raising her five children. Now that her children have grown up, Shlomit has happily returned to painting. Her work is inspired by the beautiful landscapes of Israel and her travel experiences. Shlomit works in oil, watercolor, and acrylic and her paintings are characterized by a free manner.
