Carpet is a cheeky kitten hanging out and seeing what you're up to. Bright, vivid, and colorful, you just can't keep from smiling when you see the contented smile on the face of this little one. That's what made me paint this little guy. The background is textured with swirls and subtle lines, while the foreground is randomly curved to imitate the patterning of carpet. ~*~ This piece has not sold yet but is being placed on hold for a show I have in the fall. I will sell it under the stipulation that it be available for my show. The curator will place a placard with it that says it was donated to the show from your (and your name will be given) private collection or, if you prefer, it can say an anonymous collection. The show will be over November 1st, '15. You may message me if you are interested in purchasing this original painting and then I will update this to show it is actually sold. ~*~ I make my paintings with the best acrylic paints and ship ready-to-hang whenever the piece is smaller than 18 X 24 inches.
