About The Artwork
I love to stroll through botanical gardens and take photos. Orchids are one of my favorite flowers, and I prefer receiving orchids as a gift to roses because the orchids are growing in a pot and cut roses only last a few days. This painting was of a beautiful orchid that I received as a gift. I invented the soft background to complement the graceful form of the flowers.
