Stormy sea Painting

I’m an artist from Ukraine, living in Odesa. Born in 1982. You will notice a lot of marine motifs in my landscapes. I live by the sea and have been in love with the sea for as long as I can remember. It's amazing how the sea can be different every day. In my seascapes, first of all, I want to convey the atmosphere and the impressions, which have a direct impact on the viewer. Primarily, I’m working in oils. But sometimes other techniques are more suitable to express better an artistic idea. So, I can use watercolor, liners or ink in my works. In my paintings I don't focus on just one theme. The main goal for me is to express emotions, convey the beauty and versatility of the surrounding world. This can be done both through a still life, and through a landscape, and through a little bit fabulous motif. Harmony of color, sensations, textures and forms. That's what fascinates me in the world around me. The inspiration I get from nature, as well as my emotions and imagination are what I transfer onto my canvas. And this is exactly what I would like to show in my works. I’m constantly learning and looking for new ways to express myself on the path to excellence. Which, as we know, is not achievable. But the path to it is really exciting.
