About The Artwork
The abstract forms of nature emanating from my subconscious - create the impression of space, gently dissolving in light. First Abrtaction art was by Russian painter Wassily Kandinsky in 1910, he drew what he called First Abstract Watercolor. The painting had the same effect on art in the art community of Eastern Europe as Picasso’s (not abstract) cubist Les Damoiselles de Avignon did at about the same time in Paris. Any difference in the influence of these two paintings on the art and artists of the time would be appreciated only by differences in size and media.
