My name is Salome Gallan, and I am an abstract artist who creates art using acrylic paint, ink, and mixed media. I am Originally from Cape Town, South Africa, and I've lived in London for almost 20 years. From a young age, I've always had a passion for painting, drawing, and crafting with anything I could find. I attended an art college until I was 18 and enjoyed mainly painting and drawing. Abstract painting is an excellent way to express what's happening in my mind and serves as a form of release for me. Nature, music, meditation, and listening to people inspire me to create art. I can even paint someone's feelings by carefully listening to them, and it's heartwarming when a person connects with a piece. I love using bold and expressive colours with many layers and textures. Art is all around us and plays a crucial role in our lives. It brings people together, creates memories, and speaks a thousand languages. Art creates energy and feeling and helps people communicate. With my studies in Psychology, I aim to connect with people on an even deeper level and combine psychology and art to help people live their life to their full potential.
