SuperNatural Painting

Art remains for me fanciful, indulgent, even hysterical; in other words, an almost impossible pursuit. I continue to explore aesthetic intersections, an act partially derived from a fondness for color. A corner paints itself out as Numbers align in a vertical half Step; the paint drips kitchen sounds. A variety of canyons: Shallow, deep, worn, new. This association sits steady, like an island. A ferry capsizes, filling an ocean With sorrow; misplacing destiny. A current charges motion with elasticity. The sudden, now evoked. Then touching earth. Then touching nothing at all.
