About The Artwork
What land might this be? A land of mystery for certain. With a sky of greens and shades of turquoise and pinks and a land of reds and magenta, and a colourful horizon of vibrant orange, blue, pink, green, red and white, hinting at distant mountains or rises in the landscape. Where will the mystery take you? Of special note, in addition to base colours, this particular painting utilizes acrylic paint "pieces" positioned across the middle horizon, from the left edge to the right edge. This pieced together "horizon" helps to make this painting unique and extra special. These paint pieces, made by me, are extremely thin and delicate and add a slight bit of raised texture to part of the painting, and best of all are made from 100% acrylic paint (and applied with acrylic paint as a glue), the same high quality paints I use in all of my paintings. Because of the level of difficulty using these "paint pieces" I rarely incorporate them into my paintings. This is one of the few that I have. Acrylic paint on gallery wrapped stretched canvas, coated to protect from UV light damage. Sides painted in same colours as front, ready to hang, no frame required. Signed on reverse on canvas. Copies or prints not available, only this original.
