About The Artwork
The beautiful, multicoloured head dress of the Chief inspired me to create this painting. The first nations Chief in his official regalia. It is painted on acrylic, crackle paste to give an aura of distress and age. Artist grade acrylic paint is then used to paint the portrait. A few coloured feathers are then glued to make a collage. 2 coats of UV protective varnish has been applied. The painting comes complete with all the hanging hardware
