The Intuitive and the Sensational Painting

Acrylic on Canvas •The Intuitive and the Sensational • Inspired by the late Swiss psychiatrist Carl G Jung my work elaborates on two types of characters that partly influence our behavior and choices. Every individual predominantly belongs to one of the types and is probably aware of it or maybe not but they are ever present in our way of being. The Intuitive type is more in-tune with the world within and analyzes it based on the subject factor which gives a deepermeaning to things. Reclusive and highly observant, he doesn't find it easy to voice out his thoughts and perspective on certain phenomena thats why his character is somewhat hunched over. Intuitives are sometimes misunderstood because of the subject factor that gives deeper meaning to things observed. He's Taciturn but covertly interesting .His hue is blue emanating from a cool enigmatic but fascinating realm. The Sensational is more intune with his environment. More aware of energy and presence around him.Not so big on gut feeling or hunches, the Sensational is more influenced by senses, the environment and is more expressive and outspoken than the Intuitive. More confident and vocal ,he is extroverted and receptive in behavior. The outside world is his niche so i gave him a yellow hue which is warmer and lucid. The Intuitive and the Sensational are distinctive in their own paradigms of being and attract each other just as thinkers attract feelers and vice versa.Which one do you reel more to?
