Artist Statement: Poonam Choudhary As a contemporary artist, my work embodies a deep exploration of Abstract Expressionism and mixed media acrylic painting. My artistic journey is driven by a desire to capture the complexities of human emotion and the interplay between perception and reality. Each piece serves as a visual dialogue, inviting viewers to engage with the narratives woven through color, texture, and form. Working primarily with high-quality acrylics on raw canvas, I seek to evoke a sense of dynamism and depth. My process is inherently intuitive; I allow the materials to guide me, resulting in layers that reflect the transient nature of existence. Each brushstroke is deliberate yet free, creating a tension that resonates with the viewer on both emotional and intellectual levels.
