"Mountains are calling is an expression we use a lot in Western Canada. The mountain range runs through the west. Quite possibly the most beautiful place ever. Especially on the Albertan side, where the wild is still mostly wild and not flooded with tourists as it can get in BC. Mostly known for the views, wildlife, amazing skiing, kayaking, glacier waters, hikes, hot springs and adventure and mystery at every corner. The majestic misty mountains, the road trips that make the journey worth the while as you drive through them even in the rain." This painting shows the abstract cars moving fast into the wilderness towards the Rockies. The brush strokes are loose and impressionistic, capturing the misty atmosphere and colours of the mountains scene.
