About The Artwork
'The Perfect Wave' by Marta Blaszak - Are you looking for something unique and original. Something that is inspiring but not a duplicate or a commercial replica? And is still affordable? Then you have come to the right place. My youngest son is an keen surfer and always talks about catching 'The Perfect Wave', a big dream for any keen surfer. So his stories and photos were the inspiration for this painting. My aim was to mainpulate a fluid acrylic pour to create 'The Perfect Wave’ on a 50cm x 40cm canvas board. The painting is framed with a modern white 53cm x 43cm frame. It is sealed with 2 layers of gloss acrylic for protection and has 2 D-rings and hanging wire attached to the back, making it ready to hang. This size painting can be a start to build up your own collection of smaller sized pictures as they are affordable dynamic collectibles and will enrich your home or office for many years to come. PLEASE NOTE that colours may differ from original painting on monitor screens, mobile devices and tablets. Artwork displayed in rooms are for the purpose of demonstration only and not always to the exact scale. Please check dimensions for actual size. The Hoverlay image shows the original framed painting. I am a visual artist based in Brisbane, Australia with a Bachelor of Interior Design from the University of Arts in Berlin and a Diploma of Visual Art from Bremer TAFE at Bundamba. I am constantly improving my skills to be an accomplished artist by visiting different workshops offered by the Logan Art Gallery. As a member of Art West Community Gallery, I am able to exhibit my works through their physical Gallery. I am also supported by online Galleries like Bluethumb and Art Lovers. and am the proud owner of the www.martablaszak.com, a website where you can find a huge collection of art in different styles, themes, colours, medium, size and price. My earlier works mainly focused on still life and realism, but my latest pieces incorporate abstract fluid acrylics with traditional painting methods. Despite both styles depicting the natural world, they convey two vastly different interpretations. My earlier work is meticulous and controlled, while my current pieces celebrate the untamed and unexpected beauty of nature. In addition to my artistic endeavours, I am also exploring Acrylic Pouring and Alcohol Ink as these methods lend themself well to smaller art pieces, making them more affordable and often collectible.
