About The Artwork

One dark winter day, when there was no light around, I decided that I would paint something very bright and happy. I imagine what it would be like to sit in a fabulous place under old trees on the shore of a mysterious lake. Sit on a white fabric chair and calmly breathe the fresh air. I imagine how nice it is to enjoy the brightly colored landscape and the peaceful atmosphere on the shore of the lake. Looking at this painting, the viewer has the opportunity to create his own story, imagining a scene unfolding to a person sitting on a white chair. In my opinion, this painting will bring joy and encouragement and a creative mood to the home, it is modern and will fit well into a modern interior. I chose to create this painting in the acrylic technique because it is the most suitable for my idea. Different textures can be achieved with it, it can be rolled and applied with a brush, as well as worked with a palette knife.

Through my vision I paint motives observed in nature. A humble meadow flower is dearer to me than an illuminated skyscraper in the middle of a big city. In the rays of the sun - all the dust is made of gold. Light is what I want to paint, what I seek and what I value the most, what I guard and admire. The light is what I chase; only it allows me to fulfill my desires. My element is water; it occasionally flows into my paintings. It lives there, in the splashes of waves, piles of fog, in the snow, in ice or glare. It has the ability to take the form of its vessel, to change constantly. Since our body is mostly composed of water, to my mind, it is important how we manage to structure our internal water, arrange it. The personal water space is an individual responsibility. What is that space like? Individually we are creating a collective space of water on planet Earth. What is the Earth we want to see like? My ambition is to create paintings that resemble small harbors of peace - shelters from today's crazy pace of life, complicated public relations, disastrous hive of stress and information. For the viewers it would serve as a meeting with oneself, with that part of nature which craves peace and harmony. My works speak of man's inner nature, not social problems. My works decorate the interior like a bright colorful brooch decorates a little black evening dress. They are like jewels, like sparks of joy, like engaging accents and refreshments for the thirsty.
