ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Inspired by I Timothy 4:7-8 and it's statement regarding the benefits of bodily exercise. This painting needed to be charged with energy and the associated benefits of expending energies. The colors speak to being physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally well. Oils, Pastels, and Puffy Paint make up the mediums used to complete this work. Hopefully, the scene will prompt people to utilize every joint, muscle and thought process in the body in order to keep all things properly functioning.
