ABOUT THE ARTWORK
My first successful attempt to work with liquid acrylics. the image is a combination of beautiful mediterranean where I go every summer and dark lava sand beaches of Hawaii where I haven't been yet. Imaginary place of calm and quiet , nature without human presence yet very reminiscent of some place you have already seen with your own eyes. I used some metallic and pearly acrylics - that add a very nice glow and sparkle to the artwork, also tiny pebbles collected on the beach of our small (only 16 sq km) Estonian island, named Kihnu, to create this artwork. The wooden base is 10mm thick, but the pebbles create nice 3D effect and bring the overall thickness to 20mm

I like that though :) I am very pleased and proud that my paintings are sold to private collectors in USA, Hungary, Italy, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, UK, UAE, Canada and Australia. I am currently located in my home-town Tallinn, but I do like to travel a lot, to see myself from different perspective, to hunt for new ideas, visions, personalities and inspiration triggered by the mystery and secrets that new places hold. I took part in London's "Parallax Art Fair" in July 2015
