About The Artwork

Universe This monumental abstract painting is a reflection of the artist's view about the meaning of our lives and Space. This work of 35 puzzles executed on cardboard with oil, can be seen individually or as one common idea. This gives it at once two meanings: a symbol of individuality, of personality and at the same time of community and sociality. We feel chaos and a big explosion of emotions, because that's how our universe was born. When we look at this work, we see a reflection of our feelings through colours. And looking closely, gradually we see the harmony and logical sequence of lines and forms that combine this work into one big idea. So, can chaos act as a positive image here? Is it here that we see the birth of something new and beautiful? Maybe. On our path through life we search for an understanding of ourselves and the Universe amid confusion and a torrent of feelings.
