"Untitled" Painting

My life path has consistently led me to art. My first formal pursuit was architecture, but my artistic
practice remained constant alongside my professional work. In Iran, I was part of the Artists
Council, and after relocating to Italy, painting became central to my practice. My background in
architecture influences my approach, particularly in the structural composition and layered
construction of my paintings.
My artistic medium is mainly mixed-media on canvas. My work extends the trajectory of abstract
expressionism into an inner, experiential realm without directly depicting nature, but evoking it;
shaped by memory, feeling, and perception.
Slender figures extend across the compositions, with forms resembling trees, shafts of light, or
luminous flames. Their repetition generates a rhythm akin to music.
In parts of my paintings, a misty, dreamlike quality unfolds across layers, as though the image
hangs suspended on the verge of appearing and dissolving.
Colour flows freely across the surface, dissolving, blending, and reforming. The structure is
layered, and architectural, including areas of stone-like textures.
The energy within my paintings is central to my practice. I work with intention, bringing a positive
and focused presence into each piece. Aiming to invite viewers into a space to pause, feel, and drift
beyond the present.
