About The Artwork
When I visited Venice for the first time, I was completely fascinated by this incredible city. From the very day I looked at him, I fell in love with him forever. And later when I came to it again, I felt that I was returning home. I don't know why this happened, I think our love for certain places defies any explanation. I drew small hiking sketches, and when I returned to Russia I painted many paintings dedicated to this amazing place on earth, in different techniques.

I am Nadezhda Pestova. I was born in Russia in 1987. I graduated from the Academy of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture by I. Glazunov in Moscow in 2016. The landscape and still life painting have always been the main themes of my artistic creation. Today I am also a teacher at two universities. I really like traveling around the world in search of new ideas for my pictures.
