About The Artwork

Clásicos Inmortales. "Venus-Veritas" is one of the new artwork's serial named Clásicos Inmortales, which re-interpretate the Ancient Greek sculptures. The new millennial-Gen Z vision of our Art's History with a street art technic and the deconstruction of the form. The use of spray paint and acrylic painting match with our new society full of digital issues, mass media and fast production. Its for all known that Milo's Venus was the "Beauty" on itself. During the last centuries was always considered as the perfect body, the perfect woman. Nowadays the women's perfection has changed, the canons has changed. Venus-Veritas is an example of this re-thinking, using the canons of our ancient history as the form, adapted to the street art and contemporary lifestyle.
