Visceral: Floating Painting

This is one of painting in my newest encaustic series entitled "Visceral". It is inspired by my time of "shelter in place" during the early days of CoVid. Since I live alone and am typically a very social person it was very hard to be isolated. I went through a range of emotions. Each title reflects a particular feelings I was experiencing at the time and the series name"Visceral is so named because of the feelings of having to withdrawn, to go deep inside myself and also about the depth and range of emotions I was feeling.
