About The Artwork
I made this painting at the beginning of the Corona crisis. It reminded me of the tarot card: the wheel of fortune. A common aspect to most interpretations of this card within a reading is to introduce an element of change in the querent's life, such change being in station, position or fortune: such as the rich becoming poor, or the poor becoming rich. On a global scale it signifies the start of a period with a lot of change and probably things falling away we always took for granted.
