Original Canvas seascape Oil Painting Seaside Painting, Wind Catchers, 2023 Dimensions: 20x23x0.8inch approx ( 50x60x1.9cm) This artwork is inspired by the hypnotic stormy ocean, the graceful gliding of seagulls through the wind, and the translucency and transparency of seawater. To create this painting I used various range of techniques- from an old traditional glazing/sfumato (gained its popularity in 16th-17th century) and blending to impressionistic impasto. This painting would look great in any home décor style. It is ready to hang, can be framed or hung without a frame - this painting is extended over the edges of the gallery wrapped canvas, is wired, signed and dated by me. Alesia takes her artistic inspirations from atmospheric sea sceneries, which she is blessed to observe every day of her life, living on the English shore.
