In my ‘’Nature Love’’ series I am expressing my deep thoughts for women whose beauty and aura transcends nature and its elements. Women may have been marginalized in the past but today they are finding their own powerful voice and spark by dreaming and chasing their passion. However, there are many women who are still confined within their inner circle of limitations & restrictions, dreaming to some day fly high in the sky, waiting for the right weather. I have painted this art with acrylic on canvas as this medium gives me liberty to experiment. This is a blend of realistic and semi-abstract style where I enjoy the forms and strokes with glazing and layering. Along with paints I love to do textures with tissues and impasto. I have introduced cone filled coloring in this piece inspired by Indian traditional Henna Art. I hope the viewers of this painting will carry love and empathy for every woman who is caged in their inner circle and dreaming to fly high - something I am very passionate about. We are all collectively responsible for creating the ‘right weather’ to let these birds fly.
