About The Artwork
The idea to draw a bullfight originated in the study of the cultural heritage of Spain. I wanted to reproduce the moment when the bullfighter and the bull come together in a dance of death. However, there is no “blood and death” in the picture and there is a fascinating spectacle in the sun-filled arena.

The paintings are located in the Kaniv Natural History Museum, Museum of the name of Kavaliridze (Kyiv) and private collections in Ukraine, England, Italy, Slovakia.
