About The Artwork
in ancient pre-Christian times people worshipped their god Wodan near old oaks. Near Wolfheze in the Netherlands these old oaks were also used by the inauguration of the impressionist painters who found here their "Barbizon". they called themselves "the gang of Wolfheze", later on : "Pictura Veluvensis" The atmosphere here is full of stories. I had a great time painting here
