In 2020, after a period of stasis, Carla Sutera Sardo reflects on a series of shots characterized by the person / fabric / environment triangulation and reads them in the light of mysterious but strongly evocative presences, mythological figures or anti-heroic icons? The title summarizes the emphasis that the photographer places on the soul / animal binomial to underline the urgency to recover a symbiotic relationship with nature and other living beings. In a fragile era, marked by a destructive attitude towards the ecosystem, Carla Sutera Sardo indicates the only possible way by inviting reconciliation as the only form of mutual care.
