Bryanna Millis is an international economist and transdisciplinary artist examining how we create reality through what we believe. Through data analysis, documented actions on the land, collage, casting, Jungian psychoanalysis, ecstatic poetry, and mindfulness meditation, she simulates the transformation of place-based pain into power. In recent years she has examined the hope of water returning to a drained oasis in the desert town of Al Azraq, Jordan; explored the paradox of Greece’s ancient prominence and modern crisis; and begun projects on the paradoxes of environmental treasure in the Adirondack Mountains. Her current work explores the rewilding of land and soul.
