Dear Summer, please never end Photograph - Limited Edition of 10

Self-portrait that was created in 2019 during a vacation at my aunt's house in the countryside. The day before, I made my first attempt at this location, but there were rainy clouds in the sky. I decided that I would try to make another attempt during sunset, which would give the place an idyllic atmosphere. It was the last day of my stay. The weather was fine. On the terrace, bouquets of plants picked a few days earlier in the nearby fields were drying, reminiscent of the last days of summer and meant to please the eye on cloudy autumn evenings. My aunt's cat came to me and sat down next to me. It lasted only a moment, but just in time the self-timer turned on. I like this photo, it is very simple, yet full of warmth and summer charm. And I love summer. And I have known the place in the photo almost all my life. I like to go back there every year on vacation, to watch the sunset and listen to the cranes from in the nearby fields.
