For me, the tiger has been a part of my imagination since the early childhood. I was born and raised at a place where wild tigers are still roaming the taiga. It's a powerful symbol that accompanies me in life. This particular photo is a part of a series called "Deleted scene". The project was exhibited for the first time in Paris at the Museum of Hunting and Nature. The award-winning photobook "Deleted scene" (Publisher: Kehrer, Design Kummer&Hermann) is available for purchase. Hello and welcome to a space dedicated to the tiger. For me, the tiger has been a part of my imagination since the early childhood. I was born and raised in the taiga where (the still very endangered) tigers live in the wilderness. A magnificent creature, the tiger is a powerful and complex symbol that has been accompanying me in life. I hope you enjoy my tiger art. Yury Li-Toroptsov www.toroptsov.com
