Elemental, Doubt In the Cave Photograph - Limited Edition of 1

We were on a photo shoot for a few days, on a small island, but with many location possibilities, the ideas happened more fluidly. To the east of the island, in the middle of the rocks, a cave, at low tide it was possible and we had security to develop ideas, suddenly this image translated to me something like surrender and redemption, the union of minds in a place where you could only hear the crashing of waves in the sea, over the rocky shore. Sometimes we need to stop fighting a little and listen, it could be the noise of the sea or the forest, nature always gives us calm and serenity, and everything starts to become different and wonderful. Photographed with transparent color film and Hasselblad analog camera. Scanned on CMYK cylindrical Hell Scanner. Original work at a time when digital was already starting to gain strength and dominate photography. This Elemental series was one of the last works photographed with film by me, I miss that time, we had to think about everything before and at the time of photography. Now the advantage is that we can print on high quality fine art paper and a multitude of materials to finish. The important thing is that the creation and execution of the work was carried out in the author's photographic process, without manipulation and post-production in the original file.
