About The Artwork
A combination of items, basically a still life photograph. It is interesting how the size of the shapes does not really matter. The rose and shoe are obviously the wrong size for the female figure but it just seems to blend and work. I usually put the background on last which is very important for the colours. It needs to exist but not be a distraction to the subject. I state canvas print but if prefered you can have fine art paper.
