This image is captured on world-class Full Frame DSLR in combination with top of the range high quality optical lenses for producing true to life imagery. Prints are made on archival paper using a very wide range of special inks of very high quality standards to achieve seamless and smooth gradations and therefore these prints last for hundreds of years. The image was photographed at Jog waterfalls when it was in full glory during heavy rains of monsoon season. These falls are one of the tallest waterfalls of India, nestled in the midst of Western Ghats of hill range full of beautiful landscapes. The water falls from a height of about 250 metres in four different styles named Raja, Rani, Roarer and Rocket. This is a major tourist attraction who visit Karnataka State of India. There is a major hydro electric station nearby called Mahatma Gandhi Hydro Electric Station, which supplies power for distribution. The classic dreamlike image in black and white creates a mood of serenity and calm ambience.

Born in 1953 at Bombay now called Mumbai, India. Artist, Photographer and Designer. Deeply involved in creative arts since childhood. Voracious reader on creative fields such as art, calligraphy, photography, architecture etc., for the last five decades and have a huge collection of art books and material by great artists of the world. Interested in capturing architecture, heritage sites, landscapes in photography as well as in painting. Presently painting watercolours of landscapes, heritage monuments and architecture. The essence of my skillset is to regularly and consistently practise on day to day basis without any break. My knowledge and experience acquired are based on the techniques assimilated through classes from well known artists from around the world, from time to time. This is consistent throught my life. Teaching architectural photography to students at Mysore University as visiting faculty.
