In this photograph staged from models, without photomontage, the sky is really that of the region of Nîmes, in the south of France, where the artist lives. The photo was taken in his studio garden. Everything else is fictitious and deluded. On the left and on the right of the abrupt rocks of hot, ocher color, surround a rusty metal structure which is held in balance on a wall. Above, the magnificent clouds dress the winter sky. For this series of photographs I am inspired by the Odyssey of Omère, to follow an imaginary journey in the Mediterranean which I hope will last 10 years like the one that Ulysses lived. Dans cette photographie mise en scène à partir de maquettes, sans photomontage, le ciel est vraiment celui de la région de Nîmes, au sud de la France, où vit l'artiste. La photo a été prise dans son jardin atelier. Tout le reste est fictif est fait illusion. A gauche et à droite des rochers abruptes de couleur chaude, ocre, entourent une structure métallique rouillée qui se tient en équilibre sur une paroi. Au dessus, les nuages magnifiques habillent le ciel d'hiver. Pour cette série de photographies je m'inspire de l'Odyssée d'Omère, pour suivre un voyage imaginaire en méditerranée qui je l'espère durera 10 ans comme celui qu'a vécu Ulysse.
