About The Artwork
In 1978 I travelled extensively, to produce photographs for a book to celebrate UNICEF's Year of the Child. My brief was to illustrate the circumstances of children from the very privileged, Eg: Eton to the extremely less well off, Mother Teresa' orphanage in Calcutta, India. The orphanage was inspirational, the sense of caring, the love of the nuns to the mother's and their children is something, I will never forget.
