Michal Josephy (VOGUE CS, National Geographic CR) is an anthropologist, travel journalist and lecturer of science journalism and visual anthropology at Faculty of Arts, Charles University, Prague. As a photographer, he focuses on cross - cultural "search of beauty" and everyday life captured by street - photography. He was working for National Geographic CR (he was one of the first photojournalists who covered infamous Scampia, the no - go zone managed by Camorra, long before Gomorrah TV series), and UNICEF Mozambique (calendar, visual background of song Sofrimento by Neyma and headline poster for campaign End Violence by Goodwill Ambassador for UNICEF, Liam Neeson).
