South Sudan january/february 2022. I came again into my beloved Africa to see what's new. All the time, It's mesmerizing as always. In South Sudan you can feel the difference between " how to have water or not to have". I photograph soldier at the bottom of dry river. For me it's symbolic in a few fields. I came from Poland, the country where is less water than in South Sudan, can you imagine? In South Sudan only in dry season you can go across the river and see tribes, far far away from civilisation, where you drive a few days even. At the pit stop we went to the bottom of a river, extremly dry, but under there is some water, just not much. People need to wait couple of months for the rain, sometimes seasons are getting dryer. Toff place. In some situations I had soldier with me, for protection. South Sudan is one of the most beautiful country but, also you need to keep an eye for everything. This photo is a symbol of Africa. Continent getting dry, so we need to think about enviroment and keep it for future generations. Also wells are needed here.
