A very graphic woman with a pelican head and a big bud like human skin evolves in a monochrome atmosphere. The title comes from a suggestive song of Elli Medeiros, "Toi mon toit" (play on words literally translated by "you my roof"). The original artwork is a handcut collage with paint. The edition is limited to 7 prints + 2 artist proofs, regardless size of the print. Each of them is numbered, signed and provided with a certificate of authenticity. The paper used is a fine art Rag 308 g paper laminated on Dibond.

France
Gaëlle Cueff lives in Paris. She has been mainly working on encaustic art and photography for last 2 years, and her topics are especially based on poetic potential of trees and forest. In a previous period she developed a work rooted largely in the world of cabinets of curiosities and surrealism. Her collages and assemblages combine elements of the animal kingdom, pictorial interventions and photographs in singular images with a strong narrative tendency. Her polysemic stories speak of hybridization, traces, memory. Some of her works are in Chinese, American, Swiss, French and Belgian private collections.
