About The Artwork
I took this photo as part of the "Running moment" photo project. In this project I reframing the history of time, the feeling of being in the moment. I combined the history of art and the history of watches and through them conveyed my relationship with time. Inspired by the works of artists from different ages (Antique, Renaissance, Surrealism, Conceptualism), I wrote my own photo story and I conveyed my understanding of time in different periods of human civilization. The project was shot in 2021 in St. Petersburg, with the participation of the Mariinsky Ballet dancer Daria Ustyuzhanina.

I'm a ballet photographer from St. Petersburg. I have a ballet education. I started my professional career in photography in 2013 as a family and wedding photographer. I have been shooting in the genre of ballet photography since 2019, and now this is one of the main areas of my activity. I strive to convey the aesthetics of the ballet lines and the elegance of a dancer within a frame. I work with ballet dancers, students of ballet schools and non-professional dancers. My works are featured in private collections in Russia, the USA, Great Britain and Israel.
