ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Cibomatto is a project born after the emergence of mad cow and avian diseases and it wants to be an ironic interpretation of our fear about food genetically manipulated and about the far-off idea to continue to eat healthy. I imagined that food, got crazy by this mess, and incapacitated to carry out with its innate job, suggested an alternative solution for its use. So, pineapple is now used in a charming fruit turban. Each artwork is printed on Hahnemuhle Fineart Baryta gr.325 and include signed and numbered certificate of authentication.
