In this series, soap stands symbolically for cleansing and renewal, a ritual we perform daily, often without considering its deeper meaning. Yet, the play with soap bubbles takes us beyond the physical ritual into the realm of dreams and transience. The soap bubbles, in their short-lived perfection, symbolize the act of catharsis, the purification of the soul through emotional expression and realization. They embody the fleeting, the untouchable, moments of beauty that pass quickly, and thus the philosophical concept of Panta Rhei - everything flows, everything is in flux. In this exciting fusion of mythology and everyday practice, a profound reflection on purity, transience, and the constant transformation that life brings unfolds. A truly moving testament to our human existence.

The focus of ARTURUTRA is mouths. Yet these fragmented bodies do not conform to classical portraits. They often resemble staged still lifes. The works are characterized by a narrative ambiguity. The viewer sees and must fill in the missing elements themselves. Perhaps they view with the eyes constantly absent in the works. Then, the depicted mouths speak with the inner voice of the observer.
