A shell with cracks on it, can either be seen as a symbol of birth or death. What was once held within it? Despite knowing the answer, the empty shell still left us thinking. Is it a remembrance of the life form long gone? Or may it be part of a life cycle, just like many other organic livings, soon be worn down and nourish what would be new lives? Either way, it resembles a mother's placenta. This series is aiming to show the connection between eggshell and human being and clinging, as we all once were holding on to something so fragile yet so strong.
