Weaponized Woman, 2018 - Limited Edition of 10 Photograph

In 2018 I visited the Western Sahara and had the opportunity to stay with the Sharawi Community. I was able to learn of their history, hear their personal stories, and work with the amazing community of women. The women are fighters. They are incredible mothers. They are true feminists. The Saharawi women organized the community infrastructure and kept their society in order. Weaponized Women is a gender expression of us as women always in search of identity. But the truest identity we share as women, as mothers, and survivors is protector of life. All the Photography work on my account is available as Prints-NOT FRAMED.
