About The Artwork
What/who inspired the work? I worked 10 years with marine mammals, this inspired me to create many pieces of art in reaction to animal rehabilitation. This particular one is a collage of images that I have taken over the years to bring awareness of animal rehabilitation. What do you hope its viewers will feel/think? To be able to look at the piece and have a difficult time taking their eyes off of it. Why did you choose the medium, subject matter, style? Digital collage is another way to represent what I'm trying to say.

About the Artist Katie Dahl is best known for her collage like painting.
